What is the standard shipping time for Victory Range Hoods?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days across North America.
How do I choose the correct CFM for my kitchen?
As a general rule, we recommend at least 100 CFM for every 10,000 BTUs of your stovetop. For electric stoves, a range hood with 300-500 CFM is usually sufficient for standard cooking.
What is your return policy for range hoods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that installed units cannot be returned, and restocking fees may apply to certain models.
Do Victory Range Hoods come with a warranty?
Yes, all our range hoods come with a limited manufacturer's warranty covering parts and motor performance. Specific durations vary by model, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years.
Are your filters dishwasher safe?
Most of our stainless steel baffle filters and aluminum mesh filters are dishwasher safe. We recommend regular cleaning every 1-3 months to maintain optimal airflow and grease extraction.
Can these hoods be converted to ductless (recirculating) mode?
Many of our models are convertible. If a ductless installation is required, you will need to purchase a compatible charcoal filter kit to purify the air before it is recirculated into the kitchen.
