Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the range hood in its original box with all protective foam, manuals, and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the unit back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking information.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit is uninstalled and in resaleable condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
